Excellent Reaction and Polymerisation machinery. Located in Barcelona (Spain), its machinery and facilities were installed in 2005. The plant was designed specifically for the Polymerisation in inverse phase W / O of Acrylamide and Acrylic Acid. Nevertheless,this plant can be also used in the manufacturing of:

• Other polymerisation processes, in aqueous phase O/W or inverse emulsion, W/O.
• Reactions of condensation. To obtain esters, soaps, synthetic detergents
• Preparation of all kinds of  emulsions, working with a SILVERSON homogenizer.
• Mixing process of all kinds of products.

The plant is controlled automatically and also it ispossible to control its condition and evolution by telephone.

The plant contains the following productions elements:

• JUSTINOX 103 REACTOR. Stainless Steel 316 L. 10 Tn. TotalCapacity: 9000 liters.Heat-insulated
• JUSTINOX 101 REACTOR. Of Stainless Steel 316 L. 12 Tn. TotalCapacity: 12000 liters.Heat-insulated
• Stainless steel Tank 316 L . Heat-insulated. For raw materials storage.
• Fibber tanks for water, tanks for ammonia and tanks for wasterwater.
• ATTSU/TECNIVAP Steam boiler.
• HIMOINSA Generator. Capacity: 200 Kw.
• WORTHINGTON ROLLAIR 20T Compressor
